Delete your account
You can delete your Build Me An App account and everything attached to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Build Me An App and tap Me in the bottom bar.
- Tap Privacy & your data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account, profile, every app you made, every version of those apps, and all of the contents kept inside them are deleted from our server immediately. The app then removes its local copy and returns to the welcome screen.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email buildmeanapp@neu.so with the subject "Delete my Build Me An App account". Because Build Me An App accounts are tied to a device rather than an email address, include your display name and, if you can, the approximate date you started using Build Me An App so we can locate the account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Want a copy first?
Before deleting, open Me → Export my data to save a JSON file with everything in your space. Individual apps can also be downloaded as standalone HTML files from their options menu.
